混凝土易于开裂的原因主要是由混凝土在凝结和硬化过程中产生的收缩引起,预拌混凝土更易出现此问题。通过对混凝土现场浇筑过程的实地跟踪调研,分析预拌混凝土在成型过程中出现的问题,并进行改进,最终形成了“早期薄膜覆盖保水,后期保水养护”和“二次抹压”的施工工艺,治理裂缝效果较显著可借鉴。

Concrete is liable to crack and the main reason is that the concrete shrink which is occurred by the process of condensation and hardening,and this issue is more likely to appear in ready-mixed concrete. Through the field tracking survey to the process of concrete pouring,analyzed the problem in the molding procedure of ready-mixed concrete,and improved it,eventually formed two construction technologies like “Water conservation by film-covered in early period,and water curing in later period” and “Buffing in second times”,then it have a remarkable effect in control crack so that it can be referenced.
