从分析当前建设工程质量的形势入手，结合5号部令的规定，明确指出：当前的工程质量监督工作不能只注重行为监督而轻视实体质量监督；日常监督工作可以通过抽查、抽测的方式实现差别化管理，从而提高监督效率；各地区的监督模式应结合当地的实际情况，只要是符合自身实际情况并有利于促进地区工程质量水平提高的，都应当是正确的。

Firstly this paper analyzed the current situation of construction quality.Then,combined the provisions of the Decree No.5,it clearly showed three points,the current work of construction project quality supervision should not only focus on the quality behavior supervision,but also the entity quality supervision. In order to improve the efficiency of supervision,daily supervision can achieve differentiated management by sampling and sampling tests. 3. Supervision model in each region should be combined with local conditions,and be correct as long as it is complying with actual situation and improving the quality level of the regional projects.
