Facing the constant development of construction market along with the Administrative Regulations on Construction Quality in full operation,the technical administrators of construction quality are taking it seriously of how to carry out the supervision and administration works. This paper attempts to elucidate the concerned issues concisely based on the author's experiences from dozens of years learning and engineering practices in the industry.
