实验研究基于石英晶体的光学电压传感特性,包括不同光轴偏转角和检偏器角度对传感器输出信号的影响。光学传感单元包括1块石英晶体和2个偏振器,当所用石英晶体的尺寸为6 mm?6 mm?23 mm,工作光源波长为1550 nm时,晶体的光轴偏转角可选取约为4°,且检偏器角度可选取约为15~25°,此时可获得相对较大的电压测量灵敏度和线性测量范围。实验测量125 V~4.5 kV范围内的工频电压,电压测量灵敏度约为0.294 V/kV,实验数据的非线性误差低于0.21%。

Optical voltage sensing performances of single crystalline quartz are experimentally investigated, including dependences of azimuth angles of principal axes of the quartz and analyzer on output voltage sensing signal. Optical voltage sensing unit is only composed of one block of crystalline quartz with dimensions of 6 mm?6 mm?23 mm and two polarizers. For light wavelength of 1 550 nm, greater measurement sensitivity and linear measurement range can be obtained when azimuth angles of principal axes of the quartz crystal and the analyzer respectively are about 4° and 15°~25°. The 50 Hz voltage from 125 V to 4.5 kV has been measured with a measurement sensitivity of 0.294 V/kV, and the nonlinear error is less than 0.21%.
