目的::建立紫外可见分光光度法测定麦冬多糖中总糖含量的不确定度评定方法。方法:采用紫外可见分光光度法对麦冬多糖中总糖的含量进行测定,并依据标准物质技术规范及相关计量技术规范要求,对测定过程中不确定度的引入进行系统分析。结果:当取置信概率P为95%时,麦冬多糖中总糖含量测定结果的标准值及其不确定度为(65.61±1.55)%。结论:建立的不确定度评定方法结果可靠,可为麦冬多糖检测分析方法的改进及其质量控制标准的提高提供理论依据。

목적::건립자외가견분광광도법측정맥동다당중총당함량적불학정도평정방법。방법:채용자외가견분광광도법대맥동다당중총당적함량진행측정,병의거표준물질기술규범급상관계량기술규범요구,대측정과정중불학정도적인입진행계통분석。결과:당취치신개솔P위95%시,맥동다당중총당함량측정결과적표준치급기불학정도위(65.61±1.55)%。결론:건립적불학정도평정방법결과가고,가위맥동다당검측분석방법적개진급기질량공제표준적제고제공이론의거。
Objective:To establish an uncertainty evaluation method for the content determination of total sugar in Ophiopogon ja-ponicus polysaccharide by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry. Methods:According to Technical Norm of Reference Material and Technical Norm of Measurement, ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry was selected to determine the content of total sugar in Ophio-pogon japonicus polysaccharide, and the uncertainty in the determination was systematically evaluated. Results: When confidence probability P was 95%, the standard value and uncertainty of total sugar content in Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharide was 65. 61%± 1. 55%. Conclusion:The established uncertainty evaluation method is reliable and helpful to provide theoretical basis for improving analytical methods and quality standards for Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharide.
