目的::观察卡介苗多糖核酸联合异维A酸治疗扁平疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法:70例扁平疣患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组口服异维A酸软胶囊10 mg,bid,4周后改为10 mg,qd。观察组在对照组基础上加用卡介苗多糖核酸1 ml,im,隔日一次。治疗8周后,比较两组患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞群和免疫球蛋白水平变化,评价两组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者的T细胞群水平、IgG、IgA均得到明显改善(P<0.01),且观察组除IgM外的各项指标改善效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的起效时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01),总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组药品不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:卡介苗多糖核酸联合异维A酸软胶囊治疗扁平疣,可显著改善患者的免疫功能状况,提高临床疗效,明显优于单独使用异维A酸。且安全性较高。

목적::관찰잡개묘다당핵산연합이유A산치료편평우적림상료효화안전성。방법:70례편평우환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각35례。대조조구복이유A산연효낭10 mg,bid,4주후개위10 mg,qd。관찰조재대조조기출상가용잡개묘다당핵산1 ml,im,격일일차。치료8주후,비교량조환자치료전후T림파세포군화면역구단백수평변화,평개량조림상료효급불량반응정황。결과:치료후,량조환자적T세포군수평、IgG、IgA균득도명현개선(P<0.01),차관찰조제IgM외적각항지표개선효과균명현우우대조조(P<0.05)。관찰조환자적기효시간명현단우대조조(P<0.01),총유효솔명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。량조약품불량반응발생솔차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:잡개묘다당핵산연합이유A산연효낭치료편평우,가현저개선환자적면역공능상황,제고림상료효,명현우우단독사용이유A산。차안전성교고。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid combined with isotretinoin soft capsules in the treatment of plane warts. Methods:Seventy patients with plane warts were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(n=35). The control group were treated with isotretinoin soft capsules, limp 10mg, bid, 4 weeks to 10mg, qd. The observation group were given BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid 1ml, im, every otherday, on the basis of the contrl group. After 8 weeks of treatment, T cell populations and immunoglobulin levels were detected, and the efficacy and adverse reactions were recorded. Results:After the treatment, T cell population level, IgG and IgA of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0. 01), and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The onset time of the observa-tion group was shorter than that of the control group ( P<0. 01). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than, that of the control group(P<0. 05). The occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were no significant(P>0. 05). Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid combined with isotretinoin soft capsules in the treatment of plane warts is sig-nificant with promising security.
