本工作以Nafion树脂修饰玻碳电极为工作电极、铂片电极为对电极、饱和甘汞电极(SCE)为参比电极,进行电极修饰技术研究,建立了脉冲阳极溶出伏安法测定钚中痕量银的分析方法。实验结果表明,银的阳极溶出峰的峰电流与银离子浓度在10~100μg/L范围内呈线性关系,银离子的定量检测下限为5 ng/m L ,回收率为90%~109%,该方法取样量小、抗干扰能力强、重现性好。
本工作以Nafion樹脂脩飾玻碳電極為工作電極、鉑片電極為對電極、飽和甘汞電極(SCE)為參比電極,進行電極脩飾技術研究,建立瞭脈遲暘極溶齣伏安法測定钚中痕量銀的分析方法。實驗結果錶明,銀的暘極溶齣峰的峰電流與銀離子濃度在10~100μg/L範圍內呈線性關繫,銀離子的定量檢測下限為5 ng/m L ,迴收率為90%~109%,該方法取樣量小、抗榦擾能力彊、重現性好。
본공작이Nafion수지수식파탄전겁위공작전겁、박편전겁위대전겁、포화감홍전겁(SCE)위삼비전겁,진행전겁수식기술연구,건립료맥충양겁용출복안법측정비중흔량은적분석방법。실험결과표명,은적양겁용출봉적봉전류여은리자농도재10~100μg/L범위내정선성관계,은리자적정량검측하한위5 ng/m L ,회수솔위90%~109%,해방법취양량소、항간우능력강、중현성호。
A method for precise determination of trace silver in plutonium by pulse anod‐ic stripping voltammetry was developed .The experimental conditions were optimized . In solution of 0.1 mol/L HNO3‐0.1 mol/L KNO3 , silver was accumulated on the Nafion‐modified glassy carbon electrode surface at -0.5 V (vs SCE) for 300 seconds and then a sensitive oxidation peak of Ag was observed by anodic stripping voltamme‐try .The peak current is proportional to the concentration of Ag + in the range of 10‐100 μg/L .The detection limit of Ag + is 5 ng/mL and the recovery for addition standard is 90%‐109% .T his is simple ,sensitive and selective method .
