藿香油在我们日常生活中应用广泛，主要用于化妆品与日用品中，也作为食品添加剂添加到食品中。我国对藿香油的化学成分与药理作用方面的研究并不是很透彻，同时由于我国生产藿香油的企业生产设备比较落后，生产技术水平比较低，限制了藿香油在各个行业的发展。因此，主要介绍藿香油在我国的研究状况及生产中存在的问题，并对其主要问题进行分析和提出对策。

Patchouli oil is most commonly used in flavors and fragrances industry.It is not only widely used in our daily life including in cosmetics and daily necessities,but also added to food products as food additive.The studies on the chemical composition and pharmacological aspect of patchouli oil in our country are not very thorough and the production equipment and technology level of patchouli oil production enterprises in China are relatively low,which further restrict the development of patchouli oil in different industries.The research status and the problems existing in production of patchouli oil in China are described,the main problems are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward.
