以对羟基苯甲酸与正十二醇为原料,以氨基磺酸为催化剂,以甲苯为溶剂合成尼泊金十二醇酯,其结构经IR得以确证,同时研究了尼泊金十二醇酯合成的最佳条件。结果表明:正十二醇与对羟基苯甲酸摩尔比为1∶1.2,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为6 h,氨基磺酸用量为对羟基苯甲酸质量的10%,产率可达94.9%。此法催化剂用量少、催化活性高、反应时间较短、酯收率较高、工艺较简单,是一种绿色、环保、经济、高效的合成尼泊金十二醇酯的方法。

In this paper,the dodecyl nipagin ester is synthesized in methylbenzene with the catalyst of aminosulfonic acid,using p-hydroxy benzoic acid and decyl alcohol as reactant.The structure of the title product is confirmed by IR spectrum.At the same time,the optimum conditions for the synthesis of dodecyl nipagin ester are studied in the paper.The results show that when the molar ratio of decyl alcohol and p-hydroxy benzoic acid is 1∶1.2,the reaction temperature is 100 ℃,the reaction time is 6 h and the dosage of aminosulfonic acid is 10% of p-hydroxy benzoic acid mass,the yield of the dodecyl nipagin ester is more than 94.9%.Due to the less catalyst dosage,high catalytic activity, short reaction time,high ester yield and simple process,the method for the synthesis of the dodecyl nipagin ester is green,environmental,economic and efficient.
