目的：探讨护理工作在老年性白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入术中的方法和作用。方法：2013年1-12月收治老年性白内障患者657例，均行超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入手术，分析患者的临床资料。结果：通过护理人员术前术中术后在多个环节与术者密切配合，对患者进行心理、生活、临床多重护理，657例患者手术成功，除2例眼底病变外，余视力恢复良好。结论：护理工作对老年性白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入术意义重大，充分的护理配合能够促进患者康复，减少并发症发生，保证手术成功。

목적：탐토호리공작재노년성백내장초성유화적제연합인공정체식입술중적방법화작용。방법：2013년1-12월수치노년성백내장환자657례，균행초성유화적제연합인공정체식입수술，분석환자적림상자료。결과：통과호리인원술전술중술후재다개배절여술자밀절배합，대환자진행심리、생활、림상다중호리，657례환자수술성공，제2례안저병변외，여시력회복량호。결론：호리공작대노년성백내장초성유화적제연합인공정체식입술의의중대，충분적호리배합능구촉진환자강복，감소병발증발생，보증수술성공。
Objective:To explore the method and effect of nursing work in cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation in senile cataract phacoemulsification.Methods:657 senile cataract patients were selected from January to December 2013.They were treated with phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation operation.We analyzed the clinical data. Results:Through close coordination of preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative nursing with operator,life,psychological,clinical nursing for patients,operation of 657 patients was successful,in addition to the two cases of fundus lesions,residual vision recovery was good.Conclusion:The nursing work is of great significance to the senile cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.The full nursing can promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce complications and ensure the success of operation.
