中国共产党早在根据地时期就在探索如何通过法律管理国家了。本文从六个方面总结了中国共产党依法治国的历史经验，即明确依法治国的战略定位、正确处理法治与人治的关系、处理好加强党的领导与维护法律权威的关系、处理好改革与法治的关系、建设法治文化、坚持从严治党。
中國共產黨早在根據地時期就在探索如何通過法律管理國傢瞭。本文從六箇方麵總結瞭中國共產黨依法治國的歷史經驗，即明確依法治國的戰略定位、正確處理法治與人治的關繫、處理好加彊黨的領導與維護法律權威的關繫、處理好改革與法治的關繫、建設法治文化、堅持從嚴治黨。
중국공산당조재근거지시기취재탐색여하통과법률관리국가료。본문종륙개방면총결료중국공산당의법치국적역사경험，즉명학의법치국적전략정위、정학처리법치여인치적관계、처리호가강당적령도여유호법률권위적관계、처리호개혁여법치적관계、건설법치문화、견지종엄치당。
The CPC had explored in how to govern the country according to law as early as when struggling in the revolutionary bases. This paper,from six aspects,summarizes the CPC’s historical experiences in rule of law as follows:explicitly defining the strategic position of rule of law,correctly dealing with the relationship between rule of law and rule of man,the relationship between strengthening the Party’s leadership and maintaining the authority of law,and the relationship between reform and rule of law,building the rule of law culture,and persis_ting in governing the Party strictly.
