目的：探讨乳腺癌术后患者的心理健康状况及生活质量，以及团体心理护理对患者心理状态的影响。方法：对46例乳腺癌术后患者进行为期10周的结构化、封闭式团体心理护理，在基线和治疗4周后分别进行QLQ-C30、SAS、SDS、社会支持评定量表和特质应对方式问卷评估。结果：团体心理护理后患者抑郁、焦虑、疲乏、疼痛、气促、食欲丧失、失眠、便秘及腹泻评分显著降低(t=2.907～6.314，P＝0.000～0.006)。社会功能、情绪功能、角色功能、积极应对方式及社会支持在小组干预后则显著增强(t=-5.476～-2.237，P=0.000～0.032)。结论：团体心理护理可明显改善乳腺癌术后患者的生存质量、情绪状态、社会支持以及应对方式。

목적：탐토유선암술후환자적심리건강상황급생활질량，이급단체심리호리대환자심리상태적영향。방법：대46례유선암술후환자진행위기10주적결구화、봉폐식단체심리호리，재기선화치료4주후분별진행QLQ-C30、SAS、SDS、사회지지평정량표화특질응대방식문권평고。결과：단체심리호리후환자억욱、초필、피핍、동통、기촉、식욕상실、실면、편비급복사평분현저강저(t=2.907～6.314，P＝0.000～0.006)。사회공능、정서공능、각색공능、적겁응대방식급사회지지재소조간예후칙현저증강(t=-5.476～-2.237，P=0.000～0.032)。결론：단체심리호리가명현개선유선암술후환자적생존질량、정서상태、사회지지이급응대방식。
Objective:To explore the mental health status of the postoperative patients with breast cancer and the quality of life, and the influence of group psychological nursing on the psychological state of patients.Methods:46 cases of postoperative patients with breast cancer were treated with structured,enclosed group psychological nursing for 10 weeks.The QLQ-C30,SAS,SDS,the social support rating scale and the questionnaire of idiosyncratic coping style were assessed at the baseline and 4 weeks after treatment respectively.Results:After the group psychological nursing,the scores of depression,anxiety,fatigue,pain,shortness of breath,loss of appetite,insomnia,constipation and diarrhoea decreased significantly in patients(t=2.907~6.314,P=0.000~0.006). The social function,emotional function,role function,positive coping styles and social support were significantly enhanced after the group psychological nursing(t=-5.476~-2.237,P=0.000~0.032).Conclusion:The group psychological nursing can improve the quality of life,emotional state,social support and coping styles of postoperative patients with breast cancer obviously.
