目的：观察针灸配合柴胡疏肝散治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法：将40例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为针药组和对照组各20例，针药组采用针灸联合内服中药柴胡疏肝散治疗，对照组内服中药柴胡疏肝散治疗，疗程1个月。结果：针药组和治疗组总有效率分别为95%、75%，疗效差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中药柴胡疏肝散联合针刺治疗子宫肌瘤可明显缩小瘤体，并促进子宫形态的恢复，值得推广应用。

목적：관찰침구배합시호소간산치료자궁기류적림상료효。방법：장40례자궁기류환자수궤분위침약조화대조조각20례，침약조채용침구연합내복중약시호소간산치료，대조조내복중약시호소간산치료，료정1개월。결과：침약조화치료조총유효솔분별위95%、75%，료효차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：중약시호소간산연합침자치료자궁기류가명현축소류체，병촉진자궁형태적회복，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chai Hu Shu Gan powder in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:40 uterine fibroids patients were randomly divided into the acupuncture group and the control group with 20 cases in each group.The acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture combined with Chai Hu Shu Gan San;the control group were treated with Chai Hu Shu Gan powder.The course of treatment was 1 month.Results:The total effective rate of the acupuncture group and the control group respectively was 95% and 75% ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chai Hu Shu Gan powder combined with acupuncture in the treatment of uterine fibroids can obviously reduce the tumor body and promote uterine shape recovery,and it is worthy of application.
