目的：对比分析康复新液治疗难治性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：2010年3月-2014年3月收治消化性溃疡患者80例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组采用奥美拉唑和甲硝唑联合治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用康复新液，两组患者的疗程均4周，4周后两组患者接受胃镜检查。观察两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率92.5%，对照组总有效率70.0%，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗后通过胃镜对患者溃疡面进行比较，治疗组总有效率95.0%，对照组总有效率80.0%，治疗组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：使用康复新液治疗消化性溃疡明显增加了患者的治愈率，疗效显著，值得推广。

목적：대비분석강복신액치료난치성소화성궤양적림상료효。방법：2010년3월-2014년3월수치소화성궤양환자80례，수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조40례。대조조채용오미랍서화갑초서연합치료，치료조재대조조적기출상가용강복신액，량조환자적료정균4주，4주후량조환자접수위경검사。관찰량조치료효과。결과：치료조총유효솔92.5%，대조조총유효솔70.0%，치료조총유효솔명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。치료후통과위경대환자궤양면진행비교，치료조총유효솔95.0%，대조조총유효솔80.0%，치료조총유효솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：사용강복신액치료소화성궤양명현증가료환자적치유솔，료효현저，치득추엄。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Kang Fu Xin liquid in the treatment of refractory peptic ulcer. Methods:80 patients with peptic ulcer were selected from 2010 March to 2014 March.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with omeprazole and metronidazole,and the treatment group were treated with Kang Fu Xin Liquid on the basis of the control group.Two groups of period of treatment were 4 weeks.After 4 weeks,two groups of patients were given gastroscopy.We observed the effect of treatment. Results:In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 92.5%.In the control group,the total efficiency was 70%.The total effective rate in treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the patients with ulcer surface of gastroscopic comparison,in the treatment group,the total efficiency was 95%;in the control group,the total efficiency was 80%;the total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Kang Fu Xin liquid in the treatment of peptic ulcer can obviously increase the cure rate of patients.The curative effect is remarkable.It is worthy of promotion.
