目的：探讨手三针疗法治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法：收治椎动脉型颈椎病患者60例，分为手三针治疗组30例、口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗对照组30例，并针对临床疗效、安全性进行评定，重点在于规范手法，验证治疗效果。结果：治疗组有效率90%，对照组有效率60%。结论：手三针疗法较口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗颈性眩晕有着较高的疗效。

목적：탐토수삼침요법치료경성현훈적료효。방법：수치추동맥형경추병환자60례，분위수삼침치료조30례、구복염산불계리진효낭치료대조조30례，병침대림상료효、안전성진행평정，중점재우규범수법，험증치료효과。결과：치료조유효솔90%，대조조유효솔60%。결론：수삼침요법교구복염산불계리진효낭치료경성현훈유착교고적료효。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of cervical vertigo treated by three acupuncture in hand.Methods:60 cases of patients with cervical vertigo were divided into the treatment group with three acupuncture in hand(30 cases) and the control group treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules(30 cases).The curative effect and safety were evaluated,and the multiple point lie in benchmarking manipulation and validated the treatment effectiveness.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and that of the control group was 60%.Conclusion:Three acupuncture in hand has better curative effect than flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of cervical vertigo.
