目的：观察星状神经节加神经阻滞综合治疗头面颈肩带状疱疹神经痛的疗效。方法：选择80例头颈带状疱疹患者，随机分为两组，每组40例。治疗组采用星状神经节联合神经阻滞等综合治疗。对照组采用药物局部超激光照射治疗。结果：两个疗程结束后，治疗组治愈35例，缓解4例，无效1例，有效率97.5%。在随访中有1例后遗神经痛。对照组治愈30例，缓解7例，无效3例，有效率90%，后遗神经痛3例。结论：星状神经节结合神经阻滞综合治疗，治愈率高，能迅速缓解头面颈肩带状疱疹神经痛，后遗神经痛少见，更有推广价值。
목적：관찰성상신경절가신경조체종합치료두면경견대상포진신경통적료효。방법：선택80례두경대상포진환자，수궤분위량조，매조40례。치료조채용성상신경절연합신경조체등종합치료。대조조채용약물국부초격광조사치료。결과：량개료정결속후，치료조치유35례，완해4례，무효1례，유효솔97.5%。재수방중유1례후유신경통。대조조치유30례，완해7례，무효3례，유효솔90%，후유신경통3례。결론：성상신경절결합신경조체종합치료，치유솔고，능신속완해두면경견대상포진신경통，후유신경통소견，경유추엄개치。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of blocking of stellate ganglion and nerve in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia in head-neck-shoulder.Methods:80 cases of patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The treating group were treated with blocking of stellate ganglion and nerve.The control group were treated with drugs and physiotherapy.Results:After two course of treatment,35 cases were cured;4 cases were improved;1 cases was invalid in treating group;the effective rate was 97.5%,and there was 1 cases with postherpetic neuralgia during follow-up.30 cases were cured;7 cases were improved;3 cases were invalid in the control group;the effective rate was 90% and 3 cases had postherpetic neuralgia.Conclusion:The treatment of blocking of stellate ganglion and nerve in the treatment of zoster herpes neuralgia in head-neck-shoulder has higher cured rate and remits the postherpetic neuralgia,with few postherpetic neuralgia, which is worthy to spread in clinic.
