目的：探讨罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼及罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼加氟哌利多治疗剖宫产的镇痛疗效情况。方法：2014年3月-2014年5月收治剖宫产手术患者100例，随机分成观察组与对照组，每组50例。观察组应用罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼药物进行镇痛治疗；对照组应用罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼加氟哌利多药物镇痛，观察两组病患的药物使用量、镇痛效果，术后呕吐情况等。结果：观察组在手术后镇痛效果、术后呕吐情况与对照组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；同时药物消耗量两组差异也无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼药物能够起到良好的镇痛效果，术后呕吐发生率低，不需要联合氟哌利多药物进行治疗。
目的：探討囉哌卡因聯閤舒芬太尼及囉哌卡因聯閤舒芬太尼加氟哌利多治療剖宮產的鎮痛療效情況。方法：2014年3月-2014年5月收治剖宮產手術患者100例，隨機分成觀察組與對照組，每組50例。觀察組應用囉哌卡因聯閤舒芬太尼藥物進行鎮痛治療；對照組應用囉哌卡因聯閤舒芬太尼加氟哌利多藥物鎮痛，觀察兩組病患的藥物使用量、鎮痛效果，術後嘔吐情況等。結果：觀察組在手術後鎮痛效果、術後嘔吐情況與對照組差異無統計學意義(P＞0.05)；同時藥物消耗量兩組差異也無統計學意義(P＞0.05)。結論：囉哌卡因聯閤舒芬太尼藥物能夠起到良好的鎮痛效果，術後嘔吐髮生率低，不需要聯閤氟哌利多藥物進行治療。
목적：탐토라고잡인연합서분태니급라고잡인연합서분태니가불고리다치료부궁산적진통료효정황。방법：2014년3월-2014년5월수치부궁산수술환자100례，수궤분성관찰조여대조조，매조50례。관찰조응용라고잡인연합서분태니약물진행진통치료；대조조응용라고잡인연합서분태니가불고리다약물진통，관찰량조병환적약물사용량、진통효과，술후구토정황등。결과：관찰조재수술후진통효과、술후구토정황여대조조차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)；동시약물소모량량조차이야무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：라고잡인연합서분태니약물능구기도량호적진통효과，술후구토발생솔저，불수요연합불고리다약물진행치료。
Objective:To explore the analgesic effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil and with or without droperidol for analgesia after cesarean section.Methods:100 patients with cesarean section operation were selected from March 2014 to May 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with ropivacaine combined with sufentanil for analgesia;the control group were treated with ropivacaine combined with sufentanil and droperidol for analgesia.We observed the drug usage,analgesia,postoperative vomiting and so on. Results:In the observation group,the analgesic effect and postoperative vomiting after surgery had no significant difference with the control group(P>0.05);at the same time,drug consumption quantity was little difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil drugs can play a good analgesic effect,and postoperative vomiting occurrence rate is low.There is no need of treatment combined with droperidol drugs.
