目的：探讨抗菌药物临床应用的规范管理方法与效果。方法选取2010年～2011年辖区社区卫生服务站未实行规范管理时的门诊处方600份作为对照组；另选取2012年～2013年辖区社区卫生服务站实行规范管理后的门诊处方580份作为研究组，对比分析两组门诊处方抗菌药物使用率、无指征用药率、不合理用药率等情况，评价抗菌药物临床应用情况。结果研究组抗菌药物使用率、无指征用药率、不合理用药率均明显低于对照组，组间对比差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论实行抗菌药物临床应用的规范管理方法，可明显降低抗菌药物的临床应用率、无指征用药率及不合理用药率，使得用药更为规范与安全。
목적：탐토항균약물림상응용적규범관리방법여효과。방법선취2010년～2011년할구사구위생복무참미실행규범관리시적문진처방600빈작위대조조；령선취2012년～2013년할구사구위생복무참실행규범관리후적문진처방580빈작위연구조，대비분석량조문진처방항균약물사용솔、무지정용약솔、불합리용약솔등정황，평개항균약물림상응용정황。결과연구조항균약물사용솔、무지정용약솔、불합리용약솔균명현저우대조조，조간대비차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론실행항균약물림상응용적규범관리방법，가명현강저항균약물적림상응용솔、무지정용약솔급불합리용약솔，사득용약경위규범여안전。
Objective To investigate the methods of standardized management for the clinical application of antimicrobial drugs and figure out its effect.Methods The Health Service Center was not in the implementation of specification management from 2010 to 2011, and was in the implementation of standardized management from 2012 to 2013. Then 600 outpatient prescriptions from 2010 to 2011 were chosen as control group, while 580 outpatient prescriptions from 2012 to 2013 were chosen as study group. Compared the rate of outpatient antimicrobial usage, rate of application without indication, and the irrational drug use rate of two groups.Results The rate of outpatient antimicrobial usage, rate of application without indication, and the irrational drug use rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To strengthen the standardized management of clinical use of antibacterial drugs was helpful to reduce the rate of clinical application, rate of application without indication, and the irrational drug use rate significantly, which made the drug use more standardized and safer.
