目的：探讨转录因子KLF4在宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义。方法：采用免疫组化SP法检测78例宫颈癌、14例宫颈原位癌、15例慢性宫颈炎及13例正常宫颈组织中KLF4蛋白的表达并分析其与临床病理指标间的关系。结果：KLF4在宫颈癌、宫颈原位癌、慢性宫颈炎及正常宫颈组织中的阳性表达率分别为26.9%，71.4%，73.3%和84.6%，在宫颈癌中的阳性表达较其它各组明显下降（ p<0.05）。KLF4在宫颈癌中的表达与组织分型无关（p>0.05），在不同细胞分化等级与临床分期间KLF4表达有明显差异（p<0.05），主要表达于分化较好的组织中，随着分化程度的降低及临床分期的进展KLF4阳性表达率呈下降趋势，在伴有淋巴结转移的宫颈癌组织中KLF4的阳性表达率较不伴转移者显著下降（ p<0.05）。结论：KLF4在宫颈癌中的表达与其进展呈负相关，在宫颈癌的发生发展过程中发挥抑癌基因作用，有望成为预测宫颈癌发生及判断患者预后的新的参考指标。
목적：탐토전록인자KLF4재궁경암중적표체급림상의의。방법：채용면역조화SP법검측78례궁경암、14례궁경원위암、15례만성궁경염급13례정상궁경조직중KLF4단백적표체병분석기여림상병리지표간적관계。결과：KLF4재궁경암、궁경원위암、만성궁경염급정상궁경조직중적양성표체솔분별위26.9%，71.4%，73.3%화84.6%，재궁경암중적양성표체교기타각조명현하강（ p<0.05）。KLF4재궁경암중적표체여조직분형무관（p>0.05），재불동세포분화등급여림상분기간KLF4표체유명현차이（p<0.05），주요표체우분화교호적조직중，수착분화정도적강저급림상분기적진전KLF4양성표체솔정하강추세，재반유림파결전이적궁경암조직중KLF4적양성표체솔교불반전이자현저하강（ p<0.05）。결론：KLF4재궁경암중적표체여기진전정부상관，재궁경암적발생발전과정중발휘억암기인작용，유망성위예측궁경암발생급판단환자예후적신적삼고지표。
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Kruppel-like factor 4 in cervical carcinoma. Methods:The expression of KLF4 protein in 78 cases of cervical carcinoma,14 cases of cervical cancer in situ,15 cases of chronic cervicitis and 13 cases of normal cervical tissues was examined by SP immunohistochemical staining and the significance of the expression with clinicopathologic parameters was analyzed. Results:The positive expression of KLF 4 in cervical cancer ,cervical cancer in situ ,chronic cervicitis and normal cervical tissues was 26. 9%,71. 4%,73. 3% and 84. 6% respectively. KLF4 expression in cervical cancer significantly decreased com-pared with other groups(p <0. 05). There was no difference between histological type(p >0. 05),while obvious difference was related to different cell differentiation and clinical classification(p<0. 05),the main KLF4 expression located in the well differentiated tissue,and with the progress of the lower differentiation and clinical staging KLF4 positive expression was declined. KLF4 in cervical cancer with lymph node metastasis had the positive expression rate dropped significantly comparing with no metastasis(p<0. 05). Conclusion:The expression of KLF4 in cervical canc-er was negatively correlated with tumor progress and it plays a role of tumor suppressor genes in the development of cervical cancer,which was expected to be a new marker to predict the occurrence and the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer.
