北疆某大型渠道工程渠道衬砌首次实现了主要工序机械化施工,其中采用自主研发的渠道边坡垫层摊铺机机械化摊铺胶结砂砾料找平层代替了原来的人工精修渠床基面和铺筑砂浆两道工序。由于没有相关规范和实践经验可借鉴,通过现场应用试验和大量检测数据的采集分析,参考公路系统有关规范规定,确定了主要质量控制及设计参数,经渠道工程建设实践,初步验证了其可行性与合理性。

The slope screeding layer construction of a large channel in Northern Xinjiang is firstly achieved by a self-developed mechanized paver, which can automatically pave cemented gravel material instead of two processes of channel bed leveling and mortar paving in manual construction. Because of the absence of relevant norms and practical experiences to learn, the main quality control and design parameters of paving construction are determined by a large amount of on-site tests and analyses on test data and referencing to the relevant specification of highway construction. The actual construction shows that the paving construction is feasible and reasonable.
