结合某高混凝土面板堆石坝实例,对面板挤压破坏的成因进行了分析,结果发现,坝体变形过大且不协调以及面板的局部脱空是造成面板挤压破坏的关键原因。根据已有工程实践经验,提出在设计阶段将堆石体与面板作为一个整体考虑,做好变形控制和变形协调控制;避免水平施工缝面不按垂直于面板施工等造成结构缺陷;在面板上游面的底部一定高程设置粉煤灰或者粉细沙铺盖,取代黏土铺盖,增加整个系统的淤填自愈能力等建议。

Taking a high CFRD as study case, the causes of face slab extruding rupture are analyzed. It is found that large deformation and non-coordination deformation of rockfill as well as cavity zones under face slab are the key causes. Based on existing engineering experiences, it is proposed to conduct deformation control and deformation coordination in design phase by considering rockfill and face slab as a whole. Structural defects such as the interface of horizontal construction joint being not perpendicular to face slab should be avoided. At the lower part of upstream face slab, fly ash or fine sand can be used for replacing clay blanket in order to increase the abilities on silting and filling and self-healing of overall anti-seepage system.
