目的：观察康艾注射液对中晚期肝癌患者TACE（肝动脉化疗栓塞术）治疗后生活质量的影响。方法：选择BCLC B期或C期的原发性肝癌患者67例，随机分为两组，观察组给予康艾注射液联合TACE治疗，对照组给予单纯的TACE治疗。术后第7天查血常规、肝肾功能评估毒副反应，于术前及术后第10天采用欧洲癌症研究及治疗组织生活质量核心量表（ EORTC QLQ-C30）评价患者生活质量的改变。结果：观察组白细胞减少、肝功能损害发生率小于对照组（ p<0.05）；观察组在降低症状领域评分，升高QLQ-30功能领域、总体健康状况领域评分方面显著优于对照组（ p<0.05）。结论：康艾注射液可以减轻中晚期肝癌患者TACE治疗后的毒副反应，改善肝癌患者的症状，提高生活质量。
목적：관찰강애주사액대중만기간암환자TACE（간동맥화료전새술）치료후생활질량적영향。방법：선택BCLC B기혹C기적원발성간암환자67례，수궤분위량조，관찰조급여강애주사액연합TACE치료，대조조급여단순적TACE치료。술후제7천사혈상규、간신공능평고독부반응，우술전급술후제10천채용구주암증연구급치료조직생활질량핵심량표（ EORTC QLQ-C30）평개환자생활질량적개변。결과：관찰조백세포감소、간공능손해발생솔소우대조조（ p<0.05）；관찰조재강저증상영역평분，승고QLQ-30공능영역、총체건강상황영역평분방면현저우우대조조（ p<0.05）。결론：강애주사액가이감경중만기간암환자TACE치료후적독부반응，개선간암환자적증상，제고생활질량。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Kang′ai-injection on quality of life in patients with hepatocellu-lar carcinoma( HCC )after TACE( transarterial chemoembolization ). Methods:All 67 patients with HCC in BCLC stage B or C were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The observation group received Kang′ai-injection combined with TACE. The control group received only TACE. Blood routine,liver function and re-nal function were tested at the 7th day after TACE to evaluate adverse reactions. Patients completed the European Or-ganization for Research and Treatment of Cancer( EORTC)QLQ-C30 before TACE and at the 10th day after TACE to assess quality of life. Results:The occurrence rate of adverse reaction such as leucopenia and liver function damage were lower in the observation group than that in the control group(p<0. 05). The observation group were better than control group in reducing the scores of symptom domains and increasing the scores of functional domains and globe health domains(p<0. 05). Conclusion:Kang′ai-injection combined with TACE decrease adverse reactions and im-proves symptoms and quality of life of patients.
