目的:研究泽丹冲剂对慢性盆腔炎大鼠子宫组织 TGF‐β1、Smad3表达的影响,阐明以利湿化瘀法为主的泽丹冲剂作用机制。方法:大鼠双侧宫腔内注射大肠杆菌混悬液(浓度约为6×106)0.2mL建立慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型。造模成功后,随机分成泽丹冲剂高、中(8g?kg、4g?kg )剂量组,妇乐颗粒组(2.5 g?kg ),模型组和正常组。灌胃给药21d后,采用West‐ern Blot法检测大鼠子宫组织TGF‐β1、Smad3表达。结果:与模型组比较,泽中、高剂量组,妇乐组子宫组织TGF‐β1、Smad3表达均明显降低(P<0.05),但泽中、高剂量组优于妇乐组(P<0.05)。结论:泽丹冲剂通过降低TGF‐β1、Smad3的异常高表达,减轻慢性盆腔炎大鼠子宫组织的纤维化及粘连,因而对慢性盆腔炎具有良好的治疗作用。

목적:연구택단충제대만성분강염대서자궁조직 TGF‐β1、Smad3표체적영향,천명이리습화어법위주적택단충제작용궤제。방법:대서쌍측궁강내주사대장간균혼현액(농도약위6×106)0.2mL건립만성분강염대서모형。조모성공후,수궤분성택단충제고、중(8g?kg、4g?kg )제량조,부악과립조(2.5 g?kg ),모형조화정상조。관위급약21d후,채용West‐ern Blot법검측대서자궁조직TGF‐β1、Smad3표체。결과:여모형조비교,택중、고제량조,부악조자궁조직TGF‐β1、Smad3표체균명현강저(P<0.05),단택중、고제량조우우부악조(P<0.05)。결론:택단충제통과강저TGF‐β1、Smad3적이상고표체,감경만성분강염대서자궁조직적섬유화급점련,인이대만성분강염구유량호적치료작용。
Objective:To observe the effects of Zedan Infusion on Smad3 and TGF‐β1 in the rats with Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease ,so as to discuss its mechanism .Methods :The rat model of chronic pelvic inflammatory dis‐ease was established by injecting coli suspension (concentration of about 6 × 106 ) 0 .2ml to the bilateral intrauterine .After the modeling ,the rats were randomly divided into Zedan Infusion high and medium (8g?kg ,4g?kg) dose group ,Fule particle group (2 .5g?kg) ,model group and the normal group .After oral administration 21d ,the expression of TGF‐β1 and Smad3 was assayed by the Western Blot .Results :Compared with the model group ,the expression of TGF‐β1 and Smad3 was significantly lower (P<0 .05) ,which was better in Zedan infusion high and medium dose group than in Fule group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Zedan infusion can reduce the abnormal expressions of TGF-β1 and Smad3 ,has anti-tis‐sue adhesions and fibrosis effects ,thus it has good clinical efficacy on Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease .
