目的:观察姜黄素对2型糖尿病肾病(DN )大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法:雄性SD大鼠,除空白组外均给予高脂高糖饲料,50d后腹腔注射STZ 30mg/kg建立2型DN 大鼠模型,造模成功后,随机分为模型组、姜黄素低、高剂量组,给药30d ,称重、检测大鼠血糖及血清肌酐(CRE)和尿素氮(BUN)水平;取右肾做 HE染色,观察大鼠肾组织病理学变化。结果:姜黄素各剂量组可显著性增加大鼠的体重( P<0.05或 P<0.01);姜黄素高剂量组血糖显著降低(P<0.01);姜黄素低、高剂量组CRE和BUN值显著性降低(P<0.05或 P<0.01);HE染色显示,与模型组比较,姜黄素低、高剂量组大鼠肾脏组织形态有显著性改善。结论:姜黄素可增加2型糖尿病肾病模型大鼠的体重,降低血糖、CRE和BUN ,改善模型大鼠肾脏病理损伤,有一定肾脏保护作用。

목적:관찰강황소대2형당뇨병신병(DN )대서신장적보호작용。방법:웅성SD대서,제공백조외균급여고지고당사료,50d후복강주사STZ 30mg/kg건립2형DN 대서모형,조모성공후,수궤분위모형조、강황소저、고제량조,급약30d ,칭중、검측대서혈당급혈청기항(CRE)화뇨소담(BUN)수평;취우신주 HE염색,관찰대서신조직병이학변화。결과:강황소각제량조가현저성증가대서적체중( P<0.05혹 P<0.01);강황소고제량조혈당현저강저(P<0.01);강황소저、고제량조CRE화BUN치현저성강저(P<0.05혹 P<0.01);HE염색현시,여모형조비교,강황소저、고제량조대서신장조직형태유현저성개선。결론:강황소가증가2형당뇨병신병모형대서적체중,강저혈당、CRE화BUN ,개선모형대서신장병리손상,유일정신장보호작용。
Objective:To observe the influence of curcumin on kidney protection in type 2 diabetic nephropathy (DN) .Methods:Male SD rats ,except the blank group ,and the rest were induced to be diabetic nephropathy (DN) via in‐jection of STZ with 30 mg/kg after feeding high fat and sugar for 50 days .Model rats were divided into 3 groups random‐ly :model group ,low dosage and high dosage of curcumin group .Medicine was given for 30 dates ,measuring weight once a week .To measure weight and detect rats blood glucose ,creatinine (CRE) and urea nitrogen (BUN) level in 31st day . After HE staining the right kidney ,observe the changes of renal histopathological .Results :Curcumin low and high dose group could significantly increase the weight of the rats (P<0 .05 or P<0 .01);curcumin low blood sugar ,high dose group significantly lower (P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) ,significantly lower serum levels of CRE (P<0 .05 or P<0 .01);curcu‐min high dose group of serum BUN level significantly lower (P<0 .01);HE dyed curcumin was low ,the high dose group compared with model group ,kidney tissue morphology have significant difference .Conclusion :Curcumin can increase body weight of type 2 diabetic nephropathy model rat ,reduce blood sugar ,serum level of BUN and CRE ,improve the model of rat kidney pathological damage ,on DN rats model of kidney has a protective effect .
