目的：观察穴位埋线疗法治疗轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法：将66例轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为穴位埋线组及对照组。穴位埋线组采用针刺埋线中脘、足三里、天枢穴等穴；对照组采用口服美沙拉嗪颗粒。观察、比较6周后2组间疗效，及1年后总复发率。结果：穴位埋线组6周后的总有效率为85．29％，对照组总有效率为62．5％，比较有统计学差异（χ2＝4．479，P＜0．05），1年后的总复发率穴位埋线组为10．34％，对照组为40．00％，比较有统计学差异（χ2＝5．259，P＜0．05）。结论：穴位埋线疗法对轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎患者有较好的疗效。
목적：관찰혈위매선요법치료경、중도궤양성결장염적료효。방법：장66례경、중도궤양성결장염환자수궤분위혈위매선조급대조조。혈위매선조채용침자매선중완、족삼리、천추혈등혈；대조조채용구복미사랍진과립。관찰、비교6주후2조간료효，급1년후총복발솔。결과：혈위매선조6주후적총유효솔위85．29％，대조조총유효솔위62．5％，비교유통계학차이（χ2＝4．479，P＜0．05），1년후적총복발솔혈위매선조위10．34％，대조조위40．00％，비교유통계학차이（χ2＝5．259，P＜0．05）。결론：혈위매선요법대경、중도궤양성결장염환자유교호적료효。
Objective :To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding in Treating mild and mod‐erate Ulcerative Colitis .Methods :Sixty‐six patients with mild and moderate Ulcerative Colitis were randomized into treatment group and control group .The treatment group was embed catgut in acupoint of zhongwan、zusanli、tianshu etc . The control group oral Mesalazine .After 6 weeks ,the clinical efficacies of the 2 groups were compared .Results :Total ef‐fective treatment rate in treatment and control groups were 85 .29% vs 65 .2% ,χ2 =4 .479 ,P<0 .05 .There was signifi‐cant difference between the two groups .1 years total recurrence rate in treatment and control groups were 10 .34% vs 40 . 00% ,χ2 =5 .259 ,P<0 .05 .There also have significant difference between the two groups .Conclusion :Acupoint catgut embedding is an effective way in treating mild and moderate Ulcerative Colitis .
