目的：AXIN2在正常人脑组织和人脑血管母细胞瘤中的表达，以了解其在血管母细胞瘤发病机制中所起的作用。方法：应用免疫组织化学（S‐P法）对30例人脑血管母细胞瘤、10例正常脑组织中AXIN2的表达进行检测和统计学分析。结果：脑血管母细胞瘤组织中AXIN2的表达水平明显低于高于正常脑组织中（P＜0．05）。结论：AXIN2的表达与人脑血管母细胞瘤的发生具有明显的负相关性，AXIN2的检测和干预有可能为人脑血管母细胞瘤机制研究及临床治疗提供新的思路。
목적：AXIN2재정상인뇌조직화인뇌혈관모세포류중적표체，이료해기재혈관모세포류발병궤제중소기적작용。방법：응용면역조직화학（S‐P법）대30례인뇌혈관모세포류、10례정상뇌조직중AXIN2적표체진행검측화통계학분석。결과：뇌혈관모세포류조직중AXIN2적표체수평명현저우고우정상뇌조직중（P＜0．05）。결론：AXIN2적표체여인뇌혈관모세포류적발생구유명현적부상관성，AXIN2적검측화간예유가능위인뇌혈관모세포류궤제연구급림상치료제공신적사로。
Objective :To explore the expression and clinical significances of axis formation inhibition2 (AXIN2 ) in hemangioblastoma .Methods :Applying Srteptavidin‐Peroxidase(S‐P) immunohistochemical technique , we performed examination and statistical research on the expression of AXIN2 in 30 cases of hemangioblastoma and 10 cases of nomal brain tissue .Results:In this study ,there was obvious difference in the expression of AXIN2 be‐tween hemangioblastoma and nornlal bmin tissue(P<0 .01) .Conclusion:AXIN2 expression is down‐regulated in hemanginblastomas;Detection and intervention of AXIN2 may provide a new way to study hemangioblastoma .
