目的：观察舒胃汤联合四联疗法治疗肝胃郁热型消化性溃疡的疗效和安全性。方法：对照组50例患者给予四联疗法治疗；治疗组50例患者在此基础上联合自拟舒胃汤治疗，4周疗程结束后，对疗效进行评价，并记录治疗过程中的不良反应。结果：疗程结束后两组主、次症积分均较治疗前明显降低，与治疗前比较差异具有显著性（P＜0．05）。治疗组主、次症积分降低幅度明显大于对照组（ P＜0．05）。治疗组胃镜检查与中医症候疗效总有效率分别为82．0％、92．0％，对照组分别为60％、74．0％（ P＜0．05）。两组H P清除率分别为92％和86％，差异无显著性（ P＞0．05）。治疗组根除率为88％，明显高于对照组，复发率为6％，低于对照组，差异具有显著性（P＜0．05）。两组均无明显不良反应病例。结论：舒胃汤联合四联疗法可迅速改善患者临床症状，提高疗效，减少复发，是肝胃郁热型消化性溃疡患者安全有效的治疗方案。
목적：관찰서위탕연합사련요법치료간위욱열형소화성궤양적료효화안전성。방법：대조조50례환자급여사련요법치료；치료조50례환자재차기출상연합자의서위탕치료，4주료정결속후，대료효진행평개，병기록치료과정중적불량반응。결과：료정결속후량조주、차증적분균교치료전명현강저，여치료전비교차이구유현저성（P＜0．05）。치료조주、차증적분강저폭도명현대우대조조（ P＜0．05）。치료조위경검사여중의증후료효총유효솔분별위82．0％、92．0％，대조조분별위60％、74．0％（ P＜0．05）。량조H P청제솔분별위92％화86％，차이무현저성（ P＞0．05）。치료조근제솔위88％，명현고우대조조，복발솔위6％，저우대조조，차이구유현저성（P＜0．05）。량조균무명현불량반응병례。결론：서위탕연합사련요법가신속개선환자림상증상，제고료효，감소복발，시간위욱열형소화성궤양환자안전유효적치료방안。
Objective:To observe the Weishu decoction combined with quadruple therapy efficacy and safety of treating stagnated heat of liver and stomach type peptic ulcer .Methods:In our hospital in 2013 June~2014 June 100 ca‐ses accorded with the diagnostic standard of cases with occult ,randomly divided into two groups ,50 cases were treated with quadruple therapy as the control group;the treatment group 60 patients on the basis of Weishu decoction ,the end of the 4 week after treatment ,to evaluate efficacy ,and record the adverse reactions in the course of treatment .Results :Af‐ter the treatment of two groups of main ,secondary symptoms were significantly lower than that before treatment ,com‐pare with before treatment ,the difference was significant (P<0 .05) .The treatment group of main ,secondary symptoms were significantly less than those of the control group (P<0 .05) .The treatment group of gastroscopy and TCM syn‐drome curative effect total effective rate were 82% ,92% ,60% ,74% in control group respectively (P< 0 .05) .Two groups of HP clearance rates were 92% and 86% ,no significant difference (P>0 .05) .The treatment group the eradica‐tion rate was 88% ,significantly higher than that in the control group ,the recurrence rate was 6% ,lower than that of the control group ,the difference was significant (P<0 .05) .The two groups had no obvious adverse reaction cases .Conclu‐sion:Weishu decoction combined with quadruple therapy can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms ,patients can improve the curative effect ,reduce the recurrence ,is a safe and effective treatment of liver stomach heat type of peptic ulcer patients .
