试验研究了水洗、NaOH溶液、CaCl2溶液三种无机改性方式对橡胶混凝土强度的影响。为实现橡胶混凝土强度提高的预期研究目标,深入分析了基准橡胶混凝土的配制原则,并基于此完成了试验设计。分析表明:基准橡胶混凝土的强度与基准混凝土的强度比值为0.71~0.83时,易于实现预期研究目标。试验结果显示:水洗方式对橡胶混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度略有提高;NaOH溶液和CaCl2溶液改性对橡胶混凝土的抗压强度具有提高作用,其中NaOH溶液的改性效果更优。

Experiment was made to study the influence of the strength of rubber concrete by three methods of surface modification-water washing,hydroxide solution washing and calcium chlorides solution washing. In order to reach the expected goal of enhancing the strength of rubber concrete,the principle of the preparation of basic rubber concrete was analyzed deeply and the experiment was designed based on it. The theoretical analysis shows that when the ratio of basic rubber concrete's strength and basic concrete's strength is in the range of 0. 71-0. 83,it is easier to reach the goal. The results of testing indicate that the compressive strength and split strength of rubber concrete by using the method of water washing enhance are increased a little. The methods of hydroxide solution washing and calcium chlorides solution washing have function on enhancing the compressive strength and the method of hydroxide solution washing is more effective.
