利用多层次分析法（AHP）和模糊综合评判法，结合2010年吐鲁番地区土地利用、水资源以及社会经济统计资料，选取4个子系统16个指标进行水资源可持续利用的综合评价。结果表明：吐鲁番地区水资源可持续利用处于不安全水平，其隶属度为0．404，综合评分值为0．466；社会经济子系统和供需状况子系统分别处于比较安全和基本安全水平，生态环境子系统和水资源量子系统皆为不安全水平状态。因此，应提高该区的生态环境状况和水资源利用率，引进先进的节水技术和高效管理措施，以实现区域水资源的可持续利用。
이용다층차분석법（AHP）화모호종합평판법，결합2010년토로번지구토지이용、수자원이급사회경제통계자료，선취4개자계통16개지표진행수자원가지속이용적종합평개。결과표명：토로번지구수자원가지속이용처우불안전수평，기대속도위0．404，종합평분치위0．466；사회경제자계통화공수상황자계통분별처우비교안전화기본안전수평，생태배경자계통화수자원양자계통개위불안전수평상태。인차，응제고해구적생태배경상황화수자원이용솔，인진선진적절수기술화고효관리조시，이실현구역수자원적가지속이용。
Sustainable water resources utilization in 2010 was assessed by using the methods of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy compre-hensive evaluation,and choosing 4 subsystems with 16 indexes from the data of land use,water resources and social economy. The results show that the situation of sustainable water resources utilization in this study area is unsafe with membership degree 0. 404 and evaluation score 0. 466. Subsystems of social economy and supply demand are at the situations of relative safety and basic safety,respectively;subsys-tems of environment and water quantity are at the unsafe level. Therefore,the study area should improve the situation of ecological environ-ment and use efficiency of water resources,and introduce advanced water saving technology and efficient management measures with the aim to achieve sustainable water use.
