目的:探索膝骨性关节炎( OA)患者与正常人血清、关节液、滑膜中的脂肪因子Chemerin浓度的关系,分析其与膝OA、关节软骨损伤程度和滑膜炎症程度之间的关系。方法行关节镜手术的病人中,选取30例确诊膝OA的患者为实验组,其他膝关节疾病30例为对照组(非OA组)。采用酶联免疫吸附方法( ELISA)对关节液以及血清中脂肪因子 Chemerin 浓度进行测定,利用免疫组化 SP 法显色检测滑膜中脂肪因子 Chemerin 浓度。结果 OA组血清中、关节液、滑膜中脂肪因子Chemerin浓度均高于非DA组,但是2组间关节液及滑膜中脂肪因子Chemerin浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 OA组滑膜、关节液中脂肪因子浓度与患者血清中hs-CRP、Outer?bridge软骨损伤评分法和Ayral滑膜炎评分法均呈正相关性。结论 OA患者血清、关节液及滑膜中均检测到脂肪因子Chemerin表达,而且其浓度与膝OA严重程度呈正相关性。

목적:탐색슬골성관절염( OA)환자여정상인혈청、관절액、활막중적지방인자Chemerin농도적관계,분석기여슬OA、관절연골손상정도화활막염증정도지간적관계。방법행관절경수술적병인중,선취30례학진슬OA적환자위실험조,기타슬관절질병30례위대조조(비OA조)。채용매련면역흡부방법( ELISA)대관절액이급혈청중지방인자 Chemerin 농도진행측정,이용면역조화 SP 법현색검측활막중지방인자 Chemerin 농도。결과 OA조혈청중、관절액、활막중지방인자Chemerin농도균고우비DA조,단시2조간관절액급활막중지방인자Chemerin농도차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。 OA조활막、관절액중지방인자농도여환자혈청중hs-CRP、Outer?bridge연골손상평분법화Ayral활막염평분법균정정상관성。결론 OA환자혈청、관절액급활막중균검측도지방인자Chemerin표체,이차기농도여슬OA엄중정도정정상관성。
Objective To explore the relationship of serum adipokines Chemerin levels,synovial fluid and synovial membrane in patients with knee osteoarthritis and in the normal human,in order to analyze the association of Chemerin,articular cartilage damage and arthromeningitis. Methods 60 arthroscopic surgery patients were collected in our hospital from Jun. 2013 to Feb. 2014. And the pa?tients allocated to the clinical diagnosis of OA patients 30 cases of 30 knees ( OA group) ,the other 30 knees of 30 cases of knee joints diseases (non OA group). The ELISA was used to detect the serum adipokines Chemerin levels and synovial fluid. The immunohisto?chemical method-SP was selected to detect adipokines Chemerin levels of synovial membrane. Results Chemerin levels of OA group were higher than non-OA group in serum,synovial fluid and synovial membrane,but only differences were statistically significant in the synovial fluid and synovial membrane between the two groups (P<0. 05). The results also found a positive correlation between Chemerin levels and serum hs-CRP, Outerbridge cartilage scoring and Ayral synovitis score in OA group. Conclusion The serum adipokines Chemerin,synovial fluid and synovial membrane are detected in patients with knee osteoarthritis,and find a positive correlation between Chemerin levels and the severity of knee osteoarthritis.
