目的:探讨护理专业文、理不同来源学生的学习成绩是否存在差异,为高等护理教育改革提供参考。方法:选取岐伯医学院2013级护理专科文、理不同来源学生共189人,分文科组( N =98人),理科组( N =91人),对第一学期开设的《医用化学》和《人体解剖学与组织胚胎学》考试成绩进行对比分析。结果:《医用化学》课程的学习成绩文科生明显差于理科生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而《人体解剖学与组织胚胎学》课程的学习成绩文科生和理科生差别不明显,无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论:护理专业文、理科学生在学习《医用化学》等理科类基础医学课程上有一定的差异性,在《人体解剖学与组织胚胎学》等基础医学课程上无差异性,如果采用合理的方法分班教学,可以调动学生学习的潜能,使学生顺利完成学业。

This study aims at making a reference for advanced nursing education reform through discussing differences in scores between arts and science students majored in nursing.It takes 189 students (98 are from arts and 91 are from science) majored in nursing from Grade 2013 of Qibo Medical School as sub-jects and compares of scores of the two groups in the two courses ———Medical Chemistry and Human Anatomy and Embryology———which are taught in the first semester.The results show that the scores of arts students in Medical Chemistry are obviously lower than those of science students ( P <0.05) while scores of Human Anatomy and Embryology achieved by the two groups are not so different ( P >0.05). It concludes that there are some differences between the two groups in learning basic science courses such as Medical Chemistry while there aren't any in learning basic medical courses such as Human Anatomy and Embryology.It then suggests that organizing classes in suitable ways and teaching in them will mobi-lize the students learning potential and make students complete their studies successfully.
