超高压水切割是近几十年来迅速发展的一项新技术。利用Labview 软件平台设计了超高压水切系统振动的测试系统,并通过数字滤波处理获得振动波形。检测振动参数,有助于对产品的性能和设计进行理论研究和进行出厂检验;有利于提高产品的测试精度、效率。这对提高产品质量、保证其安全性、降低生产和维修成本、延长产品寿命都具有重要的理论和现实意义。

Ultra high pressure water cutting is a new technology developing rapidly in recent decades. This experiment aims at setting up a test system of ultra high pressure water cutting with the software of Labview and acquiring the vibration waveform with digital filter.Testing vibration parameters is helpful not only to the theoretical study of the performance and the design of the product and its factory examina-tion but also to the improvement of its testing precision and efficiency.The system is therefore beneficial to both the theory and the practice of the quality and safety of products,the reduction of the cost of produ-cing and repairing,and the extension of the product life.
