随着全球经济一体化进程的加速，各国之间的贸易交流日益增多，在食品贸易行业，很多食品说明书被英译推广，但是译者在做食品说明翻译时却存在很多问题，本文根据目的论指出食品说明翻译时存在的问题并尝试加以改正。同时本文还会提出对译者能力的要求。

With the accelerating of integration process of global economy, the trade among different countries becomes more and more fre-quently, especially in food trade industry. Many Chinese foods are promoted to abroad, so more and more food instructions are translated into English. However, there are many problem existing in the translated versions. The aim of this paper is to point some improper ways in the translated food instructions and try to modify them from perspective of Skopos theory, in addition to, this paper would still propose re-quirements from translators.
