为研究林间种草放养北京油鸡对其屠宰性能及肉、蛋品质的影响，在5年生的板栗园建立菊苣和紫花苜蓿(1∶1)混播人工草地，并划区轮换放养北京油鸡，测定其屠宰性能、胸肌和腿肌的营养成分及蛋品质。结果显示，与清耕放养(林下光板地)比较，混播草地划区轮换放养的北京油鸡屠宰性能均提高，其中腿肌质量、胸肌质量、腹脂质量分别显著增加22.25%、15.33%、108.71%，腿肌率、胸肌率、腹脂率分别提高19.23%、12.00%、100.00%；腿肌粗灰分、必需氨基酸含量分别显著增加23.42%、20.89%，胸肌钙含量显著增加29.99%，而胸肌粗脂肪、粗灰分含量分别显著降低15.69%、33.02%；蛋黄胆固醇含量显著下降14.58%。在减少15%精料日补饲量的情况下，放养至8~17周龄和18~25周龄时，与清耕放养比较，混播草地划区轮换放养组料重比分别显著下降17.65%、15.94%。可见，林间种草放养北京油鸡能够提高屠宰性能和肉、蛋品质，提高生产效益。
위연구림간충초방양북경유계대기도재성능급육、단품질적영향，재5년생적판률완건립국거화자화목숙(1∶1)혼파인공초지，병화구륜환방양북경유계，측정기도재성능、흉기화퇴기적영양성분급단품질。결과현시，여청경방양(림하광판지)비교，혼파초지화구륜환방양적북경유계도재성능균제고，기중퇴기질량、흉기질량、복지질량분별현저증가22.25%、15.33%、108.71%，퇴기솔、흉기솔、복지솔분별제고19.23%、12.00%、100.00%；퇴기조회분、필수안기산함량분별현저증가23.42%、20.89%，흉기개함량현저증가29.99%，이흉기조지방、조회분함량분별현저강저15.69%、33.02%；단황담고순함량현저하강14.58%。재감소15%정료일보사량적정황하，방양지8~17주령화18~25주령시，여청경방양비교，혼파초지화구륜환방양조료중비분별현저하강17.65%、15.94%。가견，림간충초방양북경유계능구제고도재성능화육、단품질，제고생산효익。
In order to study the effect of grazing on interforest grassland on carcass traits, egg and meat qualities of Beijing fatty chicken,chicory (Cichorium intybus) and alfalfa (Medicago sativa) (1∶1)were planted in chestnut orchard to establish the mixed artificial grassland for rotationally grazing Beijing fatty chicken. The carcass traits and the nutrition content of breast muscle,leg muscle and eggs of Beijng fatty chicken were measured. The results showed that compared with control(Beijing fatty chicken were grazed on the bare land in chestnut orchard) ,all indexes of carcass traits of Beijing fatty chicken rotationally gra-zing on artificial grassland significantly improved. Leg muscle weight,pectoral muscle weight and abdominal fat weight significantly increased by 22. 25%,15. 33% and 108. 71%. Leg muscle rate,pectoral muscle rate and abdominal fat rate increased by 19. 23%,12. 00% and 100. 00%. The content of crude ash and the es-sential amino acid of leg muscle of grazing Beijing fatty chicken on the artificial grassland significantly in-creased by 23. 42% and 20. 89%. Calcium content of breast muscle significantly increased by 29. 99%,and the crude fat and crude ash content of breast muscle significantly decreased 15. 69% and 33. 02%. The egg yolk cholesterol significantly decreased by 14. 58%. With reducing supplementary feeding amount by 15%, the feed weight ratio significantly decreased by 17. 65% and 15. 94%. Compared with control at age of 8—17 weeks and age of 18—25 weeks. Thus,Beijing fatty chicken grazing on orchard with inter-planting grasses could increase its carcass traits,egg and meat qualities and productivity benefit.
