为了利用叶绿素荧光参数区分不同番茄品种的耐低温弱光能力,以5个番茄品种为试材,测定亚低温弱光处理5、10、15 d的叶绿素荧光参数和15 d的抗性指数( TIVG )。结果表明,亚低温弱光处理10 d,ΦPSII、qP和P值3个叶绿素荧光参数都可以将5个番茄品种最大程度地区分为3种耐低温弱光类型,结合叶绿素荧光参数与 TIVG的相关性分析,ΦPSⅡ、qP、P 值与 TIVG相关系数均为0.85,呈显著正相关。因此,通过测定番茄幼苗亚低温弱光处理10 d的3种叶绿素荧光参数,可以将批量番茄种质的耐低温弱光能力在一定程度上区分为不同的类型,为番茄耐低温弱光鉴定和评价提供参考。

In order to make use of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters to distinguish the tolerance to low temperature of different tomato varieties and low light ability,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of 5 to-mato cultivars were measured on 5,10,15 d and 15 d after low temperature and low light treatment. The results showed that,after sub-low temperature and low light for 10 d,the five tomato varieties were divided into three tolerance types to low temperature and low light by ΦPSII,qP and P value. Combined with the correlation analysis of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and TIVG, correlation coefficients betweenΦPSⅡ,qP,P,TIVG and TIVG were all 0. 85,significantly positive correlated. Therefore,after sub-low tempera-ture and low light for 10 d,a batch of tomato germplasms could be divided into different tolerance types to low temperature and low lightby the 3 chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in a certain extent,providing reference for identification and evaluation of tomato tolerance to low temperature and low light.
