为了解油茶叶片中茶皂素和黄酮含量的动态变化规律,分别采用乙醇回流法与分光光度法对不同树龄、叶龄及不同月份的油茶叶片进行茶皂素和黄酮提取与含量测定。结果发现,油茶叶片中茶皂素、黄酮含量随树龄增加表现为先增加后减少,且均在5a 树龄前后达到最大值,分别为117.28、43.61 mg/g。随叶龄增加,油茶叶片黄酮含量先减少后增加,茶皂素含量则呈逐渐增加趋势。30 a树龄植株叶片中的黄酮和茶皂素含量在12个月份中波动明显,黄酮含量在20.14~22.78 mg/g变化,在4月和10月分别达到峰值;茶皂素含量在50.69~60.86 mg/g变化,在8—10月维持在较高水平。因此,以油茶叶片为原材料进行黄酮与茶皂素提取时,叶片的采摘时间应选择每年10月份前后的老叶,树龄的确定则在收益低于成本后越早越好。

The dynamic variation laws of tea saponin and flavone content in Camellia oleifera leaf with different tree age,leaf age and in different months were investigated by the methods of ethanol reflux ex-traction and spectrophotometry determination in the present research. The results showed that, with the tree age increasing,the content of tea saponin and flavone in C. oleifera leaf increased initially and then decreased,and both reached the maximum value around the fifth year,the former was 117. 28 mg/g,and the latter was 43. 61 mg/g. With the increasing of leaf age,the flavone content decreased firstly and then increased while the tea saponin content kept increasing. Their contents in leaves of 30-year tree showed a significant volatility from January to December,the content of flavone changed in the range of 20. 14—22. 78 mg/g,and had two peaks in both April and October while the tea saponin content changed from 50. 69 mg/g to 60. 86 mg/g,and maintained a high level from August to October. The results indicate that if C. oleifera leaves are used as raw material for flavone and tea saponin extraction,the old leaves around October should be chosen,and tree age selection follows the principle of the sooner the better when the profit less than the cost.
