The water project cost refers to the full expense of water projects throughout the construction process occurred.Water conservancy project construction phase is an important of part of the fund out ,and more easily affected by human being,financial,material,environmental and other factors of the project;and a good proce-dure of construction helps reduce construction costs.Based on the cost analysis of the water conservancy con-struction phase,it explores the study of the project cost control in order to provide project cost control mea-sures for the water conservancy construction phase.
