作为一项基础设施建设项目，水利工程在保证生产生活、稳定国民经济的发展方面发挥了重要作用。近年来，水利工程建设项目不断做大做强，施工技术水平也得到了提高。然而，工程项目多并不意味着施工质量也得到了保证。当前，我国水利过程建设还存在一些不足。在市场竞争日益激烈化的今天，水利工程的质量则成为了施工企业增强竞争力，实现长远发展的有力保障。加强施工管理创新，提高施工质量是水利工程企业重要目标，只有保证了质量，才能获得效益。对此，本文对水利过程施工管理需要主要的一些问题作出分析，并从水利工程项目管理的现状出发，探讨施工管理创新的对策。

As an infrastructure project,water conservancy projects to ensure the production and living,stable development of the national economy plays an important role.In recent years, water conservancy construction projects continue to become bigger and stronger ,the level of construction technology has also been improved. However,the project does not mean more construction quality is guaranteed. Currently,the process of con-struction of water conservancy are still some deficiencies.In an increasingly competitive market today ,the quality of water conservancy construction companies become more competitive and achieve long-term develop-ment of a strong guarantee.To Strengthen construction management innovation ,and improve the quality of water conservancy construction enterprises is an important goal to ensure the quality in order to obtain benefits.In this regard,the water conservancy construction management process in this article need to analyze some of the major issues,and the status quo from the water conservancy project management,construction management to explore innovative strategies.
