我国是从1984年才开始开展水利工程方面的建设监理工作，比世界上其他发达国家及地区整整晚了30年，而当前我国的水利工程建设监理已经走过30个年头，目前存在的现状问题较多，本文就现状问题及可改进的措施进行研究，旨在为监理工作顺利实施打好基础。
我國是從1984年纔開始開展水利工程方麵的建設鑑理工作，比世界上其他髮達國傢及地區整整晚瞭30年，而噹前我國的水利工程建設鑑理已經走過30箇年頭，目前存在的現狀問題較多，本文就現狀問題及可改進的措施進行研究，旨在為鑑理工作順利實施打好基礎。
아국시종1984년재개시개전수리공정방면적건설감리공작，비세계상기타발체국가급지구정정만료30년，이당전아국적수리공정건설감리이경주과30개년두，목전존재적현상문제교다，본문취현상문제급가개진적조시진행연구，지재위감리공작순리실시타호기출。
China carried out the construction supervision of hydraulic engineering from 1984 and late 30 years than other developed countries and regions of the world ,and the current of the water conservancy construction supervision has gone through 30 years ,the existing Situation has many problems;this paper studies on the sta-tus of the issue and may improve measures designed to lay the foundation for the smooth implementation of supervision.
