城市中水利工程在建设的过程中必须保证生态水利的可持续发展性，并将水利工程要和河道的生态性相互融合，能够起到还原水面滤化河道的作用。使城市中的河道风貌能够得到更好的开发。目前在城市中任何工程项目建筑都要以提高城市生态环境为基础，所以进行水利工程将生态、景观因素相互融合是十分必要的。同时也是提升城市环境，坚持可持续发展的根本。
