本文旨在解决的问题是评价电子产品可靠性仿真试验的开展效果。本文基于朴素贝叶斯分类,提出了一种评价仿真试验开展效果的方法,该方法将评价问题转化为分类问题,利用客观样本信息,通过对特征属性的统计分析来构建分类器。最后还将该方法应用于一个实例,结果显示,所提出方法评出的结果与专家判断的吻合度达到100%,因此,验证了所提出方法的正确性和有效性。

The problem this paper aims to solve is evaluating effects of electronic product reliability simulation experiment. This paper proposed a method for evaluating effects of reliability simulation experiment. The Na?ve Bayes based method converted the evaluation problem into a classification problem. To build a classifier, particular features of simulation experiment was analyzed based on objective sample information. Finally, the proposed method was applied to a example and evaluation results were obtained, which was 100% matched with the expert judgment. Therefore, correctness and validity of the proposed method was verified.
