针对双三相永磁同步电机定子电流中存在较大谐波问题,根据比例谐振( proportional reso-nant, PR)控制器在谐振处无穷大增益,能够对交流输入信号进行无静差跟踪调节特性,提出一种基于PR控制器对谐波电流进行抑制的改进型矢量控制策略。基于谐波基下的双三相永磁同步电机数学模型和谐波电流分析基础,在z1-z2子平面引入2个PR控制器对定子电流的5、7次谐波进行控制,并进行了软件仿真与实验验证。结果表明,在z1-z2子平面引入PR控制器能有效地改善定子电流波形,谐波电流含量下降50%以上,能较好地降低电机损耗与逆变器容量,提高电机运行性能。

To reduce the undesired stator harmonic current in the dual three-phase permanent magnet syn-chronous motor ( PMSM) , an improved vector control method was proposed based on the proportional res-onant ( PR) controller. The PR controller has infinite gain at its resonant frequency, which can achieve zero static error AC signal tracking and controlling. Based on the mathematical model of dual three-phase PMSM in harmonic basis and analysis of harmonic current, two PR controllers were introduced to the z1-z2 plane to reduce 5,7 order stator harmonic current. The simulation and experimental validation of the proposed method was completed, and the results show a factor of 50% decrease in total harmonic cur-rent, which results in a decrease of power consumption and inverter capacity and improvement of its per-formance.
