目的:了解铜绿假单胞菌(PA)的临床分布及其耐药性特征,为临床用药提供依据。方法:收集本院2011~2013年分离的175株铜绿假单胞菌的药物敏感性试验结果,进行细菌的分布及耐药性的分析。结果:铜绿假单胞菌感染主要发生在ICU和呼吸内科,分别占25.1%和14.9%;痰标本所占比例最高(50%)。 PA耐药率低于30%的有亚胺培南(25.6%),头孢吡肟(25.7%)。 PA耐药率高于90%的有头孢唑林(100%),头孢西丁(92.34%),氨苄西林(100%),复方新诺明(100%)。结论:PA是住院患者下呼吸道感染的重要病原菌,应强调及时送检标本做细菌培养及药敏试验,并根据药敏结果选择抗菌药物。

목적:료해동록가단포균(PA)적림상분포급기내약성특정,위림상용약제공의거。방법:수집본원2011~2013년분리적175주동록가단포균적약물민감성시험결과,진행세균적분포급내약성적분석。결과:동록가단포균감염주요발생재ICU화호흡내과,분별점25.1%화14.9%;담표본소점비례최고(50%)。 PA내약솔저우30%적유아알배남(25.6%),두포필우(25.7%)。 PA내약솔고우90%적유두포서림(100%),두포서정(92.34%),안변서림(100%),복방신낙명(100%)。결론:PA시주원환자하호흡도감염적중요병원균,응강조급시송검표본주세균배양급약민시험,병근거약민결과선택항균약물。
Objective:To investigate the distribution characteristics and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA),and to provide basis for clinical medication.Methods:The drug sensitivity test results of 175 Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) iso-lates from Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University during 2011 and 2013 were collected to analyze the distribution and drug resistance. Results:Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections were mainly distributed at ICU wards and respiratory wards,accounting for 25.1% and 14.9% respectively; Most strains were isolated from sputum specimens (50%).The drug resistance rate lower than30% was found in Imipenem and Cefepime,The drug resistance rate more than 90% was found in Cefazolin(100%),Cefoxitin(92.3%),Ampicillin(100%) and Paediatric compound sulfamethoxazole Tablets (100%).Conclusion:PA is a major bacteria responsible for lower respiratory tract infection. Stress be made on the culture of sputumspecimens and activities of drug resistance test aswell as selection of suitable antibiotics fortreatment based on the results of drug sus-ceptibility be carried out.
