B[a]p%Mechanism of carcinogenesis%Smoke toxicity%Chinese herbs
苯并芘(benzo[a]pyrene,B[a]p)是目前与癌症相关的多环芳烃化合物中致癌性最强、分布最广的化学物质,其发病机理已得到国内外学者的普遍关注。为了进一步研究与开发抗烟毒药物,本文就近几年国内外对B[a]p的致癌机理以及抗烟毒中草药的研究进展进行综述。
苯併芘(benzo[a]pyrene,B[a]p)是目前與癌癥相關的多環芳烴化閤物中緻癌性最彊、分佈最廣的化學物質,其髮病機理已得到國內外學者的普遍關註。為瞭進一步研究與開髮抗煙毒藥物,本文就近幾年國內外對B[a]p的緻癌機理以及抗煙毒中草藥的研究進展進行綜述。

B [a]p was currently deemed as the most strongest and widespread chemical substance among cancer-related PAHs and its pathogenesis had received wide attentions from scholars at home and abroad. In order to further research and develop the smoke toxicity resistant drugs, this article summarized and discussed the mechanism of the carcinogenicity of the B [a]p and the study progress of the Chinese herbs against the smoke toxicity.
