目的:观察低分子肝素钙治疗AECOPD合并慢性肺源性心脏病血液高凝状态的效果。方法:选择我院2013年62例AECOPD合并肺心病住院的患者,随机分成治疗组31例和对照组31例。治疗组除应用与对照组相同的基础治疗外,还给予低分子肝素钙注射液治疗,观察两组治疗前、后红细胞压积及血气分析指标变化。结果:治疗组红细胞压积及血气分析指标改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在AECOPD合并慢性肺源性心脏病血液高凝状态时,在常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素钙,能够改善高凝状态,疗效显著。

목적:관찰저분자간소개치료AECOPD합병만성폐원성심장병혈액고응상태적효과。방법:선택아원2013년62례AECOPD합병폐심병주원적환자,수궤분성치료조31례화대조조31례。치료조제응용여대조조상동적기출치료외,환급여저분자간소개주사액치료,관찰량조치료전、후홍세포압적급혈기분석지표변화。결과:치료조홍세포압적급혈기분석지표개선정황우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:재AECOPD합병만성폐원성심장병혈액고응상태시,재상규치료기출상가용저분자간소개,능구개선고응상태,료효현저。
Objective:Analyzing the clinical efficacy of low molecular weight heparin in acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with chronic pulmonary heart disease of hypercoagulability.Methods:Choosing 62 hospital patients with acute exacerbation stage of COPD combined with CPHD Of Hypercoagulability from 2013,which were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 31 cases in each group,the treatment group and control group treated as external,giving low molecular weight heparin treatment,and observing the changes of hct and blood gas analysis of two groups before and after treatment.Results:hct and blood gas analysis indexes of improved hemorheology were superior to that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions:In acute exacerbation of AECOPD combined with CPHD Of hypercoagulability, combining with low molecular weight heparin on the basis of conventional therapy,which can improve the hypercoagulable state,and obtain good clinical curative effect.
