目的：观察蜈蚣胶囊联合针灸治疗急性面神经炎（AFP）的疗效。方法：将60例AFP患者按随机数字表法分为两组，对照组30例患者仅接受常规西药治疗+针灸治疗，治疗组30例患者在对照组基础上加用蜈蚣胶囊治疗。结果：治疗2周后，治疗组疗效显著高于对照组（P<0．05）。结论：蜈蚣胶囊联合针灸治疗急性面神经炎可有效改善临床预后，疗效好，无明显不良反应。
목적：관찰오공효낭연합침구치료급성면신경염（AFP）적료효。방법：장60례AFP환자안수궤수자표법분위량조，대조조30례환자부접수상규서약치료+침구치료，치료조30례환자재대조조기출상가용오공효낭치료。결과：치료2주후，치료조료효현저고우대조조（P<0．05）。결론：오공효낭연합침구치료급성면신경염가유효개선림상예후，료효호，무명현불량반응。
Objietive:To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with centipede capsule for acute facial paralysis. Methods:60 patients suffered from facial paralysis were included and randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,thus each group included 30 patients. Patients of 2 groups had routine application of dexamethasone、ribavirin and acupuncture,On the basis of control group’s therapy , centipede capsule was given to the patients in treatment group. Results:14days after treatment , there was significant difference in House-Brackmann (H-B)grade between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions:Centipede capsule combined with acupuncture can treat facial paralysis effectively and safely.
