以玫瑰天竺葵茎段为外植体材料,研究其组培快繁技术体系。结果表明:初代诱导培养基以MS+BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L为宜;继代培养基以MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L为宜,芽增殖倍数为5.8;生根培养基以1/2MS+IBAA0.6mg/L为宜,生根率达97.5%以上,平均生根数13.8条;移栽基质以泥炭土∶珍珠岩=3∶1为宜,成活率达98.3%。

이매괴천축규경단위외식체재료,연구기조배쾌번기술체계。결과표명:초대유도배양기이MS+BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L위의;계대배양기이MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L위의,아증식배수위5.8;생근배양기이1/2MS+IBAA0.6mg/L위의,생근솔체97.5%이상,평균생근수13.8조;이재기질이니탄토∶진주암=3∶1위의,성활솔체98.3%。
The tissue culture and rapid propagation system of Pelargonium roseu is studied using stems as explants in this paper. The results showed that the suitable shoot-inducing medium was MS+BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,with inducement rate up to 96.7%.The suitable shoots multiplication culture medium was MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L,with multiplication coefficient of 5.8.The suitable rooting culture medium was 1/2MS+IBAA0.6mg/L,with rooting rate up to 97.5%,in which average number of roots was 13.8. The suitable trans?plant medium was peat soil∶perlite (V/V)=3∶1,with survival rate up to 98.3%.
