为了研究奇模传播速度与偶模传播速度对微带耦合差分传输线远端噪声的影响,从理论上分析论证奇模传播速度与偶模传播速度的不同步是产生微带耦合差分传输线远端噪声的根本原因。利用Mentor Graphics公司的HyperLynx传输线仿真软件建立模型。通过修改微带传输线的长度,修改IBIS模型的上升下降时间来分析差模信号与共模信号的时延差与频率对微带传输线远端噪声的影响。对仿真结果进行分析对比,提出微带耦合差分传输线的远端噪声可以看做延迟的共模信号分量与差分信号分量的和。

In order to study the influence of the propagation velocity of odd and even modes on the far-end noise of microstrip coupling differential transmission line, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the out-sync of odd and even modes' propagation velocity is the primary cause of the far-end noise of microstrip coupling differential transmission line from the theory. A model is built by HyperLynx transmission line simulation software of Mentor Graphics Company. The influence of far-end noise of microstrip transmission line by the time delay and frequency of different-mode signal and common-mode signal is analyzed by changing the length of the microstrip transmission line and changing the rise and fall times of IBIS model. This paper analyzes and contrasts the simulation results to put forward that the far-end noise of microstrip coupling differential transmission line can be seen as the summation of common-mode signal component and differential signal component of the delay.
