目的:了解包头市九原区老年人膳食营养状况。方法:在包头市九原区随机抽取300例能行能动、头脑清楚、语言沟通流畅的>60岁的老年人。根据统一制定食物频率调查表来询问老年人食物摄入种类与数量,以获得老年人每天食物和营养素的摄入量。结果:该地区>60岁老年人对于蔬菜、水果、奶类与鱼虾类摄入量分别达推荐量的85.2%、58.9%、69.6%和60.4%;平均热能摄入为推荐量的82.3%;蛋白质摄入量达到推荐标准的95.4%;钙、锌、硒摄入分别达推荐量的49.0%、108.6%和79.1%;维生素 A、维生素 B6、维生素 C 和维生素 E 摄入分别达推荐量的65.2%、16.0%、64.0%和118.5%;早、午、晚3餐供热比分别为25.1%、48.9%和26.0%。结论:该区>60岁老年人的膳食结构不合理,谷物薯类及杂豆、畜禽肉类摄入量偏高,蔬菜水果、奶类、蛋类与鱼虾类摄入量不足。热能分配不合理。维生素A、C摄入不足,维生素B6、D属于严重缺乏,钙、锌、硒摄入量不足。

목적:료해포두시구원구노년인선식영양상황。방법:재포두시구원구수궤추취300례능행능동、두뇌청초、어언구통류창적>60세적노년인。근거통일제정식물빈솔조사표래순문노년인식물섭입충류여수량,이획득노년인매천식물화영양소적섭입량。결과:해지구>60세노년인대우소채、수과、내류여어하류섭입량분별체추천량적85.2%、58.9%、69.6%화60.4%;평균열능섭입위추천량적82.3%;단백질섭입량체도추천표준적95.4%;개、자、서섭입분별체추천량적49.0%、108.6%화79.1%;유생소 A、유생소 B6、유생소 C 화유생소 E 섭입분별체추천량적65.2%、16.0%、64.0%화118.5%;조、오、만3찬공열비분별위25.1%、48.9%화26.0%。결론:해구>60세노년인적선식결구불합리,곡물서류급잡두、축금육류섭입량편고,소채수과、내류、단류여어하류섭입량불족。열능분배불합리。유생소A、C섭입불족,유생소B6、D속우엄중결핍,개、자、서섭입량불족。
Objective:to understand the dietary and nutritional status of the elderly of Jiuyuan district in Baotou City.Methods:300 cases of over 60 years old who had work initiative,clear mind,language and smooth communication in Jiuyuan District of Baotou City were randomly selected.We asked the species and quantity of food intake according to the unified food frequency questionnaire to elderly,in order to obtain the daily intake of food and nutrients of elderly people.Results:The old people above 60 years old for vegetables,fruits,milk and fish intake reached the recommended amount 85.2%,58.9%,69.6% and 60.4%;the average energy intake for the recommended amount of 82.3% ;protein intake to recommended standard 95.4% ;calcium,zinc,selenium intake reached the recommended amount of 49%,108.6% and 79.1%;vitamin A,vitamin B6,vitamin C and vitamin E intake were recommended doses of 65.2% ,16% ,64% and 118.5% ;breakfast,lunch,dinner heating respectively 25.1% ,48.9% and 26% . Conclusion:The dietary structure in the region over the age of 60 is not reasonable.Grains,potato and beans,meat and poultry is higher,fruits and vegetables,milk,eggs and fish intake deficiency.The heat distribution is not reasonable.Vitamin A,C intake, vitamin B6,D is a serious deficiency,calcium,zinc,selenium intake deficiency.
