目的:了解临安市中职师生进行心肺复苏(CPR)急救培训的效果。方法:采用理论与模型相结合的方法对332名师生进行CPR知识和技能培训,比较培训前后理论和技能的掌握情况。结果:培训前师生普遍缺乏心肺复苏的知识和技能,通过培训理论知识合格率教师100%,学生73.7%。受训教师全部参加技能操作考核,合格率77.4%,受训学生技能操作考核抽取100名参加,合格率76%。结论:培训可显著提高师生CPR理论知识,但是学生的合格率明显低于教师,学生还需强化急救理论知识。技能操作考核教师和学生合格率相差不大,总体上操作考核通过率不是很理想。因此,师生还需进一步加强模拟训练。

Objective:To understand the training effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) in secondary vocational school teachers and students of Ling'an city.Methods:Using a method combinated theory with model in the CPR knowledge and skills training for 332 teachers and students,to compare the situation on theory and skills grasp before and after the training.Results:Before the training,the teachers and students generally lack of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge and skills.After training, the qualified rate of theoretical knowledge in teachers was 100% ,and in students was 73.7% .All of the trainee teachers had participate in skills assessment,with the qualified rate of 77.4%.We selected 100 trained students to take skills assessment,and their qualified rate was 76% .Conclusion:Training could significantly improve the CPR theoretical knowledge in teachers and students,but the qualified rate of the students was significantly lower than the teachers,so the students also need to strengthen the theoretical knowledge of first aid.The pass rate of skills assessment had no significant difference between teachers and students, overall,the pass rate of operation assessment was not very ideal.Therefore,teachers and students also need to strengthen the training simulation in the further.
